Rendez Vous Nissan is looking for a Business Manager to join our busy dealership
located in Hawkesbury Ontario. The ideal candidate is bilingual and has financial
products, insurance and credit expertise and experience in the automotive industry.

team’s culture then this exciting role may be for you. As a Business Manager you will
sell financing and insurance programs to our customers by providing multiple options and
assisting them in selecting those that best suits their needs.

Responsibilities:
 Work closely with our customers and offer and promote products including
vehicle financing and insurance programs. This includes providing them a
thorough explanation of the products, extended warranties, manufacturer and
dealership service policies and so much more
 Deliver exceptional customer service experience on all transactions
 Maintain good working relationships with current financial institutions to secure
competitive interest rates and financing programs
 Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through
financial sources. Prepare all documentation required for registration, contracts,
funding etc.
 Provide the Sales team with information on financing and lease programs and
their benefits to facilitate the sales process

Requirements:
 1 year of Finance and Insurance ( F&I) experience preferably in the automotive
industry
 Strong communication skills and the ability to easily explain the advantages of the
various available products
 Knowledge of financial products, insurance and credit, ideally in the automotive
industry
 Bilingual, French and English, oral and written
 Functional computer skills (Google or Microsoft suite)
 OMVIC Salesperson License (preferred) and valid driver’s license
